Refined and processed foods are the number one consumed foods in an
typical diet. This kind of foods are low on essential
nutrients and contribute to increased weight problems in our society.
Our body needs not only calories, but also fiber, numerous proteins,
vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, and essential fatty acids. These
essential nutrients are available in whole natural foods that processed
foods rarely contain. To achieve proper nutritional balance,
supplementation is often required.
In my experience I have met many people who have wasted
time, sometimes years, money and valuable energy in search for the
right path to wellness.
Many
people attempt to achieve
wellness goals on their own, but find it to be confusing and
overwhelming without the help of a professional. Everyone’s body
chemistry is unique, therefore a standard plan is not suited for
everyone. Each person has different needs, habits, strengths and
weaknesses that require personalized attention.
That
is why I have been helping clients by creating nutritional plans
tailored specifically to the client’s needs. I also offer guidance,
motivation and support while on a plan to help clients succeed in
meeting their wellness goals.
CONSULTATIONS:
Initial Consultation Includes:
• Personal evaluation and detailed analysis of one’s individual
nutritional needs for all nutrients based on wellness goals • Basic Kinesiology Assessment • Cleansing, Detoxification, and other wellness recommendations if needed
After the initial
consultation, monthly or bi-monthly reassessments are necessary until
the client’s wellness goals have been reached.
Group consultations are also
available. Groups help individuals by providing a support network
consisting of other individuals working toward similar goals.
